The BS350 is used to program tightening jobs and to visualize and analyze measurementvalues.For an Ethernet connection, the PC must be equipped with a network card. For the connection via USB,a corresponding supplied driver must be installed on the PC.External communication includes:– Communication with the PLC partner controller– Tightening results outputControlling theCompact SystemTightening resultsoutputID codeThe Compact System can be controlled by the partner controller, e.g. a PLC, via various field buses (3).Suitable interface modules (e.g. IMpdp, IMdev, IM24V, etc.) must be inserted and configured.Tightening results can be output on a printer in ASCII format, as a 3964R protocol (e.g. to the PLC) (6)or by TCP/IP-FTP via Ethernet to a data server (7).The ID code identifies tightening result sets for further processing in the system and can be read via avariety of data interfaces (3), (4) or (5).
