266/316 Bosch Rexroth AG | Tightening Technology 10 Working with the System10.2 Settings with the TFT displayResetting the counterA counter can be reset in two different ways:– With control signal Ch x.y CntRes both values of the active counter (selected via the control signalsProg0 … Prog5 or CntSel0 … CntSel5) are reset to their programmed initial state andthe channel enabled.– The desired counter can be selected via the TFT display under System → OK/NOK counter andthen reset with the Reset counter button (Fig. 10–17).Figure 10–17: Parameterizing and resetting the counter via the TFT display10.2 Settings with the TFT display10.2.1 LanguagesThe TFT display is used to show the following information on the tightening process:Tightening results display and graph output– Program selection– Parameter changes in tightening programs– Selection of the sequence test (see page 277)– Parameterization of the OK/NOK counter (see page 265)– Support for service– Error analysisThe TFT display can be switched between two languages (see chapter 10.4.4.1), which are stored onthe tightening controller. German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese are supported.On delivery, the German and English language packs are stored on the controller component for the suppliedfirmware version.NoteIf the languages are missing in the controller, the error message “Language pack missing! Please loadwith the BS350” will appear in German and English. If the language pack version does not correspondto the firmware version, the error message “Language version and FW version are different! Please loadlanguage pack with the BS350” will appear in German and English.10.2.2 Screen saver modeIf the tightening controller does not receive any data for a long period, it will automatically switch off thebackground lighting. It will go back into operation as soon as data is output or the touch screen is activated.The time after which the system display goes into screen saver mode can be set under System → HMIconfiguration in the BS350 and directly on the TFT display.System 350 | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
