The measurement results are savedin the measurement value storage for the last tightening. In cycle 2 an OK tightening is conducted. The measurement results are savedin the measurement value storage for the last tightening. The NOK results fromcycle 1 are moved to the measurement value storage for NOK tightenings. In cycle 3 an OK tightening is conducted. The measurement results are savedin the measurement value storage for the last tightening. The OK results fromcycle 2 are deleted. In cycle 4 an NOK tightening is conducted. The measurement results are savedin the measurement value storage for the last tightening. The measurement results are savedin the measurement value storage for the last tightening. The NOK results fromcycle 4 are moved to the measurement value storage for NOK tightenings. TheNOK results from cycle 1 are deleted.OK 5 NOK 4Graph memoryThe graph memory in the controller allows measurement results to be stored in graph form. As default itis structured as a so-called ring memory, which means that when the storage is full a new graph overwritesthe oldest in the memory. The graph memory is configured using the function System → Graph memoryconfiguration. The configuration is described in the online help.Graphs are stored in the graph memory during the tightening sequence regardless of the results savedin the measurement value storages.10.3.2.2 Graph displayThe display of result graphs in the BS350 allows optical control over the entire tightening. The measurementvalues in the measurement results storages are read out by the BS350 operating system and usedfor the display. In the operating program BS350 two graph displays are made:– Single graph display (Display → Graph)– Graph overlaying (Display → Overlay graph)The measurement values (torque, gradient, redundancy torque, and angle) are displayed over the angle(more exactly: total of angle values) or over the time. The displays are scalable on the screen and you can read individual measurement values. The functionsof the graph display are described in the online help.System 350 | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
