10 Working with the System Tightening Technology | Bosch Rexroth AG 257/31610.1 Settings in the BS350Figure 10–4:Rework code and rework instructions output on TFT displayOutput via the BS350The rework code is also output in the BS350 operating system:– Display → Actual values in the RC column– Display → Graph under the information for the quality codeOutput via data serviceRework codes are supported in the following data services:– Results output via Ethernet (FTP)– Results output on printerAdditionally, control signals (Ch x.y RC0 to Ch x.y RC4) can be output via the control signal interfaces.10.1.8 Correcting the measurement values during signal processing in the System 350The measurement values provided by the measurement transducers are automatically processed in thecontroller’s memory before storage. The following calculations are done, if necessary:– Conversion of the measurement transducer's values on the bolt– Torque correction for torques from primary and redundancy transducers– Conversion of the torques to the set unit (e.g. Nm)The calculations mentioned above are carried out during the tightening and cannot be changed later on,i.e. measurement values that are in the controller’s results storage cannot be modified.Additionally, an angle correction for the Angle target function and monitoring function is carried out, if necessary,to evaluate the tightening sequence.10.1.8.1 Correction of the angle values with the display of the attained angleThe angle correction is used to compensate for the torsion of the output drive shaft for the angle information. To do this, the system continues to determine the measurement values after the target function hasbeen reached, until the torsion in the spindle’s output drive shaft has been reduced. The measurementvalue that was measured during the reduction of the torque until the value of the torque threshold T S(= start of angle counting) is assessed as the actual angle.NoteThe angle correction is selected in the start step of each tightening program.System 350 | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
