Copy grids The Copy/Monitor Options dialog opens. Elements available for monitoring are separated into 5 categories (Levels, Grids, Columns, Walls, and Floors). On each tab the Original Type column identifies the type for the Revit Architecture file, and the New Type for the corresponding element available in the template selected. Each tab provides various parameters that can be set for that specific element. Also, you can exclude element types you do not want to copy. 13 In the Copy/Monitor Options dialog, click the Columns tab. NOTE Architectural columns typically extend through multiple layers of a model. A column may span from level 1 to level 10 of a structure and may present a problem when the analytical model is generated.
