8 In the Schedule Properties dialog, click the Fields tab.<br />

9 Under Available Fields, select the following fields, and click Add to add them to the schedule<br />

in order:<br />

■ Count<br />

■ Family and Type<br />

10 Click the Sorting/Grouping tab, and do the following:<br />

■ Select Family and Type for Sort By.<br />

■ Select Grand totals.<br />

■ Clear Itemize every instance.<br />

■ Click OK.<br />

Create a footings schedule for Phase 1 (south)<br />

11 On the Design bar, click Schedule/Quantities<br />

12 In the New Schedule dialog, do the following:<br />

■ Under Category, select Structural Foundations.<br />

■ Enter Footings - Phase 1 for Name.<br />

■ Select Phase 1 (south) for Phase.<br />

■ Click OK.<br />

13 In the Schedule Properties dialog, click the Fields tab.<br />

14 Under Available Fields, select the following fields, and click Add to add them to the schedule<br />

in order:<br />

■ Count<br />

■ Family and Type<br />

15 Click the Sorting/Grouping tab, and do the following:<br />

■ Select Family and Type for Sort By.<br />

■ Select Grand totals.<br />

■ Clear Itemize every instance.<br />

■ Click OK.<br />

Create a sheet and then add views and schedules<br />

16 In the Project Browser, right-click Sheets (all), and click New Sheet.<br />

17 In the Select a Titleblock dialog, click OK.<br />

18 In the Project Browser, expand Sheets (all), right-click the new sheet, and click Rename.<br />

19 In the Sheet Title dialog, enter Phase 1 - Structural for Name.<br />

Next, you drag the schedules and project views onto the sheet. Use the following illustration as<br />

a guide as you complete the steps to create your sheet.
