9 Sketch lines along the drawing perimeter using the exterior-most model lines of the imported<br />

drawing as snap points.<br />

When sketching this slab, zoom in and out as needed, and make sure the sketch lines form a<br />

closed loop. If necessary, use (Trim/Extend) on the Options Bar to clean up line intersections<br />

and close gaps.<br />

10 On the Design Bar, click Finish Sketch.<br />

In the Revit dialog, click Yes when asked if you would like walls that go up to this floor level to<br />

attach to its bottom.<br />

Notice the completed slab is displayed in the 3D view.<br />

11 Click File menu ➤ Save.<br />
