17 With the view selected, right-click, and click Element Properties.<br />

18 In the Element Properties dialog box, under Graphics, specify 1:200 for View Scale, and click<br />

OK.<br />

The scale of the view on the sheet changes. If you were to open the Structural Plan: Level 2,<br />

right-click, and click View Properties, you would see that the scale plan view is now 1:200.<br />

19 Drag the view to the upper-left corner of the sheet.<br />

20 Adjust the length of the title line by selecting the view, and dragging the right end control until<br />

it fits under the view.<br />

NOTE If necessary, you can select the view title separately and move it to a new position.<br />

Add an elevation to the sheet<br />

21 On the View tab of the Design Bar, click Add View.<br />

22 In the Views dialog box, select Elevation: South Elevation, and click Add View to Sheet.<br />

23 Click on the lower half of the sheet to place the view.<br />

24 With the view selected, right-click, and click Element Properties.<br />

25 In the Element Properties dialog, do the following:<br />

■ Under Graphics, specify 1:200 for View Scale.<br />

■ Under Extents, clear Crop View.<br />

■ Click OK.<br />

26 Position the view below the Structural Plan: Level 2.<br />

27 Drag the title line under the elevation view.<br />

28 Adjust the length of the title line by selecting the view, and dragging the right end control until<br />

it fits under the view.
