Export sheets<br />

1 Click File menu ➤ Export ➤ CAD Formats.<br />

2 In the Export dialog, do the following:<br />

■ Under Save in, select a folder on your local computer.<br />

■ Under Export Range, click Selected views/sheets ➤ Select.<br />

3 In the View/Sheet Set dialog, do the following:<br />

■ Under Show, clear Views.<br />

■ Select each sheet, and click OK.<br />

Click No when asked if you want to save the settings for use in a future Revit session.<br />

NOTE If you are exporting to a DWG file, you can flatten xrefs by selecting the Export each view or<br />

sheet as a single file option as shown. This option is automatically selected for DXF files and not<br />

available for DGN or SAT files.<br />

4 On the Export dialog, click Save.<br />
