5 In the Filter dialog, do the following:<br />

■ Click Check None.<br />

■ Select Structural Columns.<br />

■ Click OK.<br />

6 On the Options Bar, click .<br />

7 In the Element Properties dialog:<br />

■ Under Constraints, enter 0 mm for Base Offset.<br />

■ Under Analytical Model, select Level 2 for Top Vertical Projection.<br />

■ Under Analytical Model, select Ground Level for Bottom Vertical Projection.<br />

■ Click OK.<br />

8 In the Project Browser, under Structural Plans, double-click Ground Level.<br />

9 On the Modelling tab of the Design Bar, click Foundation ➤ Isolated.<br />

10 In the Type Selector, select M_Footing-Rectangular:1800x1200x450 mm.<br />

11 In the drawing area, click the midpoints of the columns where you have added horizontal<br />

framing to place an isolated footing at each location.<br />

NOTE In the following image, the curtain wall visibility was altered for training purposes. In your<br />

training file, the imported DWG file does not display in this view.<br />

By default, the footing is placed at Ground Level.<br />

12 On the Design Bar, click Modify.<br />
