removed by a YES response if REQ = CHG. Repeat
LD 16 with a NO response to add toll digits.

If NCNI = 0, CNI request does not depend on the

digits required for routing the call, CNI will not be
requested but the call is routed.

• Multifrequency Compelled Signaling (MFC)
