GRP 0-4 Network Group number (Option 81)
Group numbers cannot be changed until the I/O
devices associated with that group are disabled.
The option 61C supports 1 network group (0). The
option 81 supports up to 5 network groups (0-4).
For the option 81:
Port 0 of the CNI card in slot 8 in the NT6D60 Core
Module must be configured as "group 5." This
configuration is not equivalent to a network switching
group (groups 0-4). "Group 5" extends the
inter-processor section to the interface bus, within
the Core Module, through the CNI card in slot 8 and
the 3PE card in slot 7.
HIST (0)-65534 History File buffer length
The History File stores system messages in
Protected Data or Pdata and uses an SDI port
address. When full, new incoming messages
overwrite the oldest messages. The History File
survives initialization, but is lost during SYSLOAD
or when the file length is changed.
The History File cannot be created if all 16 I/O ports
are defined.
HIST is not prompted in X11 Release 18 and later.
