Seize Fail Busy timer
This timer controls the time that a trunk is held busy
following a seize acknowledge failure or call collision.
The recommended value for trunks with seizure
supervision is 25 seconds. The recommended value for
trunks with no seizure supervision is 3 seconds.This
value applies to all analog trunks except those which
use the ARP timer.

• 0 = Do not answer the bearer channel until the
terminating party answers
• 1 = Answer the bearer channel immediately on
arrival
• 2-1023 = Answer the bearer channel after the
specified seconds (rounded down to 2-second
multiple) if the terminating party has not already
answered.
TITH (0) - 300 Waiting Time Threshold (seconds).
Prompted only if BDCT = YES and for Start/Stop RAN
machine with STRT = DDL.
Default value zero means no threshold applies.
