“MERIDIAN MAIL” be<strong>com</strong>es “MERIDIANMAIL”.<br />

Use the underscore character instead, such as<br />

MERIDIAN_MAIL<br />

DES can be left blank or changed as required. If<br />

DES is already defined for a link, the system outputs<br />

the current name and reprompts DES.<br />

Precede the existing DES with X to remove.<br />

Example: “XMERIDIAN_MAIL”.<br />

• ff = frame format D2, D3, D4, or ESF<br />

The default for frame format ff is ESF if prompt<br />

MODE is set to PRI; D3 if MODE is set to DTI or<br />

LINK. Loop must be removed before a change to ff<br />

can be made.<br />

Loop numbers of the DTI Loops associated with this<br />

VAS. Loops must have previously been defined as<br />

MODE = LINK. Precede with X to remove.<br />
