4.9 Clock RINEX File
4.9.1 Definition
The Clock RINEX format has been defined by J. Ray and W. Gurtner in 1998 for exchanging
clock corrections to GPS system time not only for satellites but also for receivers and at a
higher sampling than available in the IGS precise orbit files. The file format consists of a
header and a data section. A description may be found at

4.9.2 Import to Bernese
The Bernese GPS Software uses an own satellite clock format (see Section 22.7.10). The
Bernese clock files (default extension CLK) reside in the campaign’s defaultORB subdirectory.
Clock RINEX files have the same default extension but are located in the campaign’s OUT
directory.
