20.4 Description of the Processing Examples
PID 422 CODSPP P: Program CODSPP is used for controlling the computed clock corrections.
Troposphere zenith delays estimated in PID 302 are introduced. Outlier detection
is disabled and clock corrections are not saved in the observation files. The results
are listed in the processing summary. The RMS for the reference station and for sites
equipped with good clocks (e.g., H-masers) should not exceed a few decimeters. Very
large rms values indicate that a clock simply can not be modeled by a linear function.
Note when processing your own data: If you cannot process all observation files together
in PID 401 for any reason, you may split the network into global clusters, e.g., using the
program MKCLUS (description in Section 19.12.1.4). Combine the cluster solutions with
program CCRNXC in PID 411 to the resulting final clock RINEX file (see Section 14.3.3 for
more details).
20.4.4.7 Create Summary File and Delete Files
The last part of the PCF creates a protocol file summarizing the clock generation procedure
and deletes dispensable files generated during the run of the PCF but are no longer needed.
The scripts are not running any Bernese program.
PID 901 CLK SUM: Any old protocol file of the processed session is deleted. The comprehensive
summary is composed of several parts describing the different steps and
contains:
• Error messages, warnings, and pseudo-graphics concerning RINEX conversions
• Orbit generation, single-point-positioning, and screening summaries
• Lists of files rejected during preprocessing
• Statistical key figures of the final parameter estimation step
• A clock validation summary
• Information on the clock combination
PID 902 CLK SAV: This script can be used to save clock results and the protocol file in
another place than the campaign directories. Modify this script in order to define the
target locations for the files.
