PID 201 RNXGRA: A summary of all available observation data is created, giving a complete
overview of observed satellites, involved stations and their performance. This file
appears in the processing summary and may help to identify possible data tracking
problems of observing sites.
Note for processing your own data: This script also removes stations with data problems
from the processing. Stations showing large data gaps are detected by RNXGRA
and listed in a deletion file (GRAyyssss.DEL in directory OUT). This list is used by the
BPE script to delete the corresponding RINEX observation files from the RAW directory.
The observation summary appears in the processing summary and may help to
identify possible data tracking problems of observing sites. All deleted stations are
reported, too.
PID 211 RNXSMTAP: This script prepares the list of input files for the parallel run of
RNXSMT. Already existing smoothed RINEX files (SMT) and the file RNXyyssss.ERR
for the current session are deleted. The number of parallel jobs and the number of
files processed within one job is controlled by the BPE variable V CLU. If it is not set,
one RNXSMT will be executed for each RINEX file (processing station-by-station). If
set to a positive number it defines the number of stations making up a cluster. These
clusters are processed in parallel in PID 212.
PID 212 RNXSMT P: This script starts RNXSMT for the prepared clusters or files. The
program smoothes the code observations using phase measurements. Cycle slips and
outliers are detected using simultaneously code and phase observations from both
frequencies.
PID 221 SMTBV3AP: Prepares the parallelization of RXOBV3. Instead of the original
RINEX observation files the available smoothed RINEX files are used to create the
clusters for running RXOBV3.
PID 222 SMTBV3 P: This script starts RXOBV3 for the prepared clusters or files to convert
the smoothed RINEX files into Bernese observation files. The program compares the
data records in the RINEX header with the entries in the station information file. Any
detected header inconsistency is reported in the processing summary.
Note for processing your own data: In case of inconsistencies the BPE stops with an
error (options “ACTIONS IN CASE OF INCONSISTENCIES” set to ERROR). This setting
requires manual interaction to resolve any inconsistency (e.g., with an entry in a
special file, specified in panel “RXOBV3 5.2: Check Content of RINEX Header 2”, see 22.8.4).
Alternatively you may set the options to SKIP which is the robust setting to generate
