4.10 RINEX Meteo Files
A clock RINEX file can be converted to the Bernese satellite clock format with program
CCRNXC (”Menu>RINEX>RINEX utilities>Combine/manipulate clock data”). This program is described in
detail in Section 14.3.1. Figure 4.11 shows an example for a clock RINEX file.
4.9.3 Writing Clock RINEX File
The clock RINEX file may be written by programs CCRNXC, GPSEST, and CLKEST. See
Chapter 14 for details.
4.10 RINEX Meteo Files
4.10.1 Definition
The RINEX meteorological data files are used to exchange weather data collected at different
GPS stations. The format description may be found in the document referenced in
Section 4.2.1. Figure 4.12 shows an example for a RINEX Meteo file. The recommended
file naming is ccccdddf.yyM where M denotes meteorological data files, cccc is the station
identifier, and dddf the session string composed of day of year (ddd) and session character
(f). yy is the two-digit year.
