Aporte de vitaminas y micronutrientes
Es necesario el aporte de vitaminas liposolubles e hidrosolubles así como de
micronutrientes que han demostrado su capacidad antioxidante y reparadora.
En resumen, las dietas en el SDRA recomendadas deben cumplir las
características siguientes:
– Pobres en lactosa, ya que su absorción puede alterarse por la hipoxia o
hipoperfusión intestinal que pueden presentar estos pacientes.
– Ricas en fibra, para facilitar la motilidad intestinal.
– Isoosmolares, para evitar diarreas osmóticas. Normoproteicas.
