– Ingreso de carbohidratos: 4 a 5 g/kg de peso.
– Ingreso de grasas: 1 a 1,5 g/kg de peso.
– Ingreso de proteínas: 1 a 1,5 g/kg de peso.
– Relación calorías no proteico/nitrógeno: 80 a 120.
– Relación de calorías proveniente de CHO/grasas: 70-60/30-40.
– Micronutrientes: doble de las necesidades diarias (RDA).
– Vitaminas hidrosolubles: complejo B, ácido fólico, vitamina C.
– Vitaminas liposolubles: vitaminas A, E.
– Oligoelementos: selenio, zinc cobre, manganeso, cobalto y molibdeno.
– Debe alcanzarse los objetivos entre el tercer y cuarto día de iniciada la nutrición.
– Dietas enterales poliméricas: según la disponibilidad, preferentemente industrial.
– Nutrientes parenterales: previa valoración del medio interno, inicialmente
excluir los lípidos y después del quinto día incorporarlos teniendo en cuenta
el medio interno.
– Monitoreo:
• Vigilancia del medio interno que incluye: equilibrio ácido básico,
electrólitos en sangre, glicemia, creatinina, pruebas de función hepática
y lípidos sanguíneos.
• Comprobación y vigilancia del estado de los catéteres, sondas y sitios
de entrada de estos.
