and bearing the signature of the Belgian Minister
of National Defence, as well as your Excellency's
signature, your Excellency had the kindness
to inform me that the Belgian Government
gave its approval to the Military Understanding,
the text of which was signed on September
7, 1920, by Marshal FOCH, General MAGLINSE,
Chief of Staff of the Belgian Army, and General
BUAT, Chief of Staff of the French Army,
designated for this purpose by their respective
Governments.
