Les faits antdrieurs h la mise en vigueur du
trait6 ne pourront ftre l'objet d'une demande
d'extradition que dans le cas oii les personnes
rdclamdes se seraient r~fugides sur le territoire
de l'Etat requis apr~s 1'6change des ratifications.
Chacune des Parties Contractantes pourra en
tout temps d6noncer le present Trait6 en prdvenant
l'autre Partie de son intention six mois
h l'avance.
II sera ratifi6, et les ratifications en seront
6chang~es h Ath~nes aussit6t que faire se
pourra.
En foi de quoi, les Pl6nipotentiaires respectifs
l'ont sign6 et y ont appos6 leurs cachets.
Fait en double expedition ht Athnes, le
8-21 d~cembre 1904.

Acts done before the coming into force of
the Treaty shall not form the subject of a
demand for extradition, except in cases where
the persons claimed have taken refuge in the
territory of the State on which the demand
is made after the exchange of ratifications.
Each of the Contracting Parties may at
any time denounce the present Treaty by
giving the other Party six months' notice of
its intention.
The Treaty shall be ratified, and ratifications
shall be exchanged at Athens as soon as possible.
In witness whereof the respective Plenipotentiaries
have signed and sealed the present
Treaty.
Done in duplicate at Athens, December 8/21,
1904.
