EXCELLENCY,<br />
STOCKHOLM, June 18, 1920.<br />
I have the honor to inform Your Excellency<br />
that in accordance with the Act of Congress<br />
approved March 4, 1915 (Volume 38, Jnited<br />
States Statutes at Large, Page 1164) it is<br />
incumbent upon my Government to express<br />
to your Excellency's Government the desire<br />
that Articles ii and 12 of the Consular Convention<br />
of June I, 19102, between the Kingdom<br />
of Sweden and the <strong>United</strong> States of America,<br />
should be terminated as of March 18, 1921,<br />
and to suggest, if satisfactory to the Royal<br />
Government, that this should be accomplished<br />
by an interchange of notes.<br />
Therefore I have the honor to propose to<br />
Your Excellency's Government that Articles<br />
ii and 12 of the aforesaid Consular Convention<br />
shall be terminated as of March 18, 1921, by<br />
mutual agreement of the two Governments,<br />
