EXCELLENCY,
STOCKHOLM, June 18, 1920.
I have the honor to inform Your Excellency
that in accordance with the Act of Congress
approved March 4, 1915 (Volume 38, Jnited
States Statutes at Large, Page 1164) it is
incumbent upon my Government to express
to your Excellency's Government the desire
that Articles ii and 12 of the Consular Convention
of June I, 19102, between the Kingdom
of Sweden and the United States of America,
should be terminated as of March 18, 1921,
and to suggest, if satisfactory to the Royal
Government, that this should be accomplished
by an interchange of notes.
Therefore I have the honor to propose to
Your Excellency's Government that Articles
ii and 12 of the aforesaid Consular Convention
shall be terminated as of March 18, 1921, by
mutual agreement of the two Governments,

que, conform~ment k la Loi vot~e par le Congr~s
et approuv~e le 4 mars 1915 (Volume 38,
United States Statutes at Large, page 1164),
le devoir incombe h mon Gouvernement d'exprimer
au Gouvernement de Votre Excellence
son d~sir que les Articles II et 12 de la Convention
Consulaire conclue le Ier juin 191o entre
le Royaume de Suede et les Etats-Unis d'Am6rique
arrivent h caducit, le 18 mars 1921. I1
propose, en outre, en cas d'agr6ment du Gouvernement
Royal, de rdaliser cet accord par un
6change de notes.
J'ai donc rhonneur de soumettre au Gouvemement
de Votre Excellence la proposition
suivante : les Articles ii et 12 de la dite Convention
Consulaire devront expirer le 18 mars
1921, d'un commun accord de la part des deux
