TAL ADMINISTRATION AND THE SWISS TELEGRAPHIC AND<br />

TELEPHONE ADMINISTRATION, SIGNED AT BERNE, NOVEM-<br />

BER 10, 1920.<br />

THE Swiss FEDERAL COUNCIL<br />

and<br />

His SERENE HIGHNESS THE REIGNING PRINCE OF THE PRINCIPALITY OF<br />

LIECHTENSTEIN,<br />

have, in a spirit of age-long friendship, decided to conclude a <strong>Treaty</strong> to secure the administration<br />

of the Postal, Telegraphic and Telephone services in the Principality of Liechtenstein by the<br />

Swiss Postal, Telegraphic and Telephone Administration, and have appointed as their Representatives<br />

M. GIUSEPPE MOTTA, Dr. jur., President of the Swiss Confederation, Chief of the Political<br />

Department of the Confederation,<br />

His Serene Highness the Reigning Prince of Liechtenstein<br />

M. EmIL BECK, Dr.jur., Charg6 d'Affaires in Switzerland for the Principality of Liechtenstein,<br />

Who, after exchanging their full powers, found in good and due form, have agreed upon<br />

the following provisions<br />

Subject of the Agreement.<br />

SECTION I.<br />

GENERAL.<br />

Article i.<br />

The postal service, including the postal cheques and Post Office Savings Bank services, and the<br />

telegraph and telephone services of the Principality of Liechtenstein shall be administered by the<br />

Swiss Postal Administration and the Swiss Telegraph and Telephone administration for<br />

the account of the Principality.<br />

Regulations applicable.<br />

Article 2.<br />

The Swiss law and regulations regarding the postal, telegraph and telephone services and the<br />

existing treaties and conventions between Switzerland and foreign countries in respect of these<br />
