Lopold, Son Envoy6 Extraordinaire
et Ministre Plnipotentiaire
pros la Cour d'Ath~nes,
lesquels, apr~s s'6tre communiqu6 leurs pleins
pouvoirs, trouv6s en bonne et due forme, sont
convenus des articles suivants

BETWEEN GREECE AND AUS-
TRIA-HUNGARY 2, SIGNED AT
ATHENS, DECEMBER 8/21, 1904.

Ministry for Foreign A//airs. The registration
o/ the above mentioned Treaty took place on
November 25, 1920.
His MAJESTY THE KING OF THE HELLENES,
AND His MAJESTY THE EMPEROR OF AUSTRIA,
KING OF BOHEMIA, ETC., AND APOSTOLIC KING
OF HUNGARY, having agreed to conclude a
Treaty for the reciprocal extradition of criminals,
have for this purpose appointed the
following as Plenipotentiaries, viz :
His Majesty the King of the Hellenes
M. ATHOS ROMANOS, Commander of the
Order of the Saviour, His Minister
for Foreign Affairs;
His Majesty the Emperor of Austria, King
of Bohemia, etc., and Apostolic King of Hungary
:
Baron CHARLES DE MACCHIO, Grand
Cross of the Order of Francis
Joseph, Chevalier of the Order of
Leopold, His Envoy Extraordinary
and Minister Plenipotentiary at the
Court of Athens.
who, after having communicated to each
other their full powers found in good and true
form, have agreed upon the following Articles:
1 Translated by the Secretariat of the League
of Nations.
2 (a) Sanctioned by the Law ," P' of the 5th
August, 1905, inserted in No. 12, January 18th,
1907, of the Official Gazette.
(b) The ratifications were exchanged at Athens
15128 January, 1907.
