Le 30 janvier 192o, Sa Majest6 le Roi a pris<br />
par proclamation des dispositions relatives h<br />
l'application des lois du 30 mai 1919 sur la<br />
propri6t6 littraire, musicale, artistique (arts<br />
plastiques) et photographique, concernant les<br />
ceuvres publi~es ou produites pour la premiere<br />
fois aux Etats-Unis d'Am~rique, ainsi que les<br />
ceuvres de citoyens am6ricains non encore<br />
6dit~es ou produites. Depnis cette date, le<br />
President des Etats-Unis d'Am~rique a fait<br />
le 27 fdvrier 1920 une proclamation touchant<br />
l'application des lois am6ricaines sur la propri~t6<br />
des ceuvres litt6raires et artistiques qui<br />
seraient publides ou produites en Suede, h<br />
partir du ier f~vrier 1920 inclus, et qui seraient<br />
dfiment enregistrdes aux Etats-Unis.<br />

publiies ou produites pour la pre-<br />

The King having, on January 30th, 192o,<br />
made provision by Proclamation, concerning<br />
" rights to literary and musical and artistic<br />
(plastic) works, and rights to photographic<br />
reproductions of works which were originally<br />
brought out in the <strong>United</strong> States of America<br />
as well as of works, as yet unpublished, of<br />
American nationals. "<br />
The President of the <strong>United</strong> States of America<br />
issued a Proclamation on February 27th 1920<br />
with regard to the application of American<br />
Laws to rights of literary and artistic works<br />
brought out in Sweden on or after February Ist<br />
192o and which have been duly registered in<br />
the <strong>United</strong> States.<br />
With regard to the application of the 'Laws of<br />
May 30th 1919 (Sv. F. S. n : ris 381-383) concerning<br />
rights to literary and musical and artistic<br />
(plastic) works, and rights to photographic<br />
reproductions of works which were originally<br />
