Oderberg-Pietrowitz, ainsi que pour faciliter
de mme le transit et l'acc~s de la gare de
Teschen ; faute d'entente dans ledit d~lai, ces
questions seront r~gl~es, comme il est dit h
l'article VII, par les Principales Puissances
allies et associ~es, dont la dcision sera obligatoire
pour la Pologne et la Tch&o-Slovaquie.

Within the same period of two months provided
for under Article 7, Poland and Czecho-

for communication and transit to Polish traffic
in general, and especially upon the Oderberg-
Pietrowitz Railway, and similarly to facilitate
transit through the station of Teschen and
access to that station; should an agreement
not be arrived at within the said period, these
questions shall be regulated, as laid down
in Article 7, by the Principal Allied and Associated
Powers whose decisions shall be binding
upon Poland and Czecho-Slovakia.
