de ddclarer officiellement h Votre excellence<br />

que le Gouvernement de la R~publique est<br />

d'accord avec le Gouvernement du Roi pour<br />

renouveler purement et simplement la Convention<br />

de Berne du 14 octobre 189o et les actes qui<br />

la compl~tent. Cet accord pourra 6tre dfnonc6<br />

chaque ann6e ; le dilai de ddnonciation sera<br />

fix6 h trois mois ; celle-ci 6tant faite au plus<br />

tard le 30 septembre pour avoir son effet le<br />

Ier janvier suivant.<br />

En me rdfdrant h la lettre que Vous avez<br />

bien voulu adresser au Comte Wrangel, sous<br />

la date du 22 de ce mois, j'ai 'honneur, pour<br />

constater l'accord entre nos deux Gouvernements,<br />

ainsi qu'il avait R6 convenu dans les<br />

October 14, 189o, together with all the relevant<br />

Acts.<br />

In order to put on record the agreement<br />

between our two Governments, I have the<br />

honour, in accordance with the understanding<br />

reached in our previous communications, to<br />

declare officially to Your Excellency that the<br />

Government of the Republic and the Government<br />

of the King mutually agree unconditionally<br />

to renew the Berne Convention of October 14,<br />

189o, an dall the relevant Acts. This agreement<br />

may be denounced in any year; the period of<br />

notice required shall be fixed at 3 months;<br />

such notice shall be given not later than September<br />

30, so that it may take effect on the<br />

following January the Ist.<br />
