de notes a eu lieu le 12 fdvrier 1921.

MADRID, le 3 novembre 1920.
Par 6change des notes des 15 et 25 aofit 1919,
les conventions de commerce des 27 juin 1892
et 25 aofit 1903 conclues entre la Norvbge et
1'Espagne et d~noncdes par le Gouvernement de
Sa Majest6 Catholique furent prorog6es pour
des pdriodes de trois mois.
Le Gouvernement norvdgien, desirant reprendre
sa libert6 d'action dans le domaine du commerce
ext~rieur, se voit oblig6 de mettre fin h la
prorogation de ces conventions, et j'ai l'honneur
par son ordre de les d~noncer par la pr6sente
dans le d~lai de trois mois pr~vu par l'6change
de notes pr~cit6.
Cette d~nonciation produisant ses effets h
partir d'aujourd'hui, les dites conventions cesseront
par consdquent d'etre en vigueur le 3 f~vrier
1921.

TION OF THE PROLONGATION
OF THE COMMERCIAL CONVEN-
TION OF JUNE 27, 1892 AND
AUGUST 25, 1902, BETWEEN
SPAIN AND NORWAY. MADRID
NOVEMBER 3 AND 9, AND PA-
RIS, NOVEMBER 22, 1920.
Spanish and Norwegian official texts, forwarded
by the Norwegian Minister for Foreign Affairs.
The registration of this Exchange of notes took
place on February 12, 1921.
MONSIEUR LE MARQUIS,
MADRID, November 3, 1920.
By exchange of notes of August 15 and 25,
1919, the Commercial Conventions of June 27,
1892, and August 25, 1903, concluded between
Norway and Spain and denounced by His
Catholic Majesty's Government, were prolonged
for periods of three months.
The Norwegian Government being desirous
of regaining its liberty of action in the sphere of
foreign commerce, finds itself obliged to put an
end to the prolongation of these Conventions
and I have the honour herewith to denounce
on its behalf these Conventions within the three
months laid down as in the above exchange of
Notes.
As this denunciation takes effect as from
to-day these Conventions will consequently
cease to be operative on February 3, 1921.
