EXTRADITION OF DESERTERS<br />
FROM THE NAVY OR MERCAN-<br />
TILE MARINE 2, SIGNED AT<br />
ATHENS MARCH 16/28, 1874.<br />

Minister for Foreign Affairs. The registration<br />
of this Convention took place on Novenber<br />
25th, I92O.<br />
WHEREAS His MAJESTIC THE KING OF THE<br />
HELLENES AND His MAJESTY THE EMPEROR<br />
OF AUSTRIA, KING OF BOHEMIA, etc., etc., AND<br />
APOSTOLIC KING OF HUNGARY, are desirous of<br />
regulating by a mutual agreement the reciprocal<br />
extradition of deserters from their<br />
Navies and from their Mercantile Marines, they<br />
have delegated their full powers to the following:<br />
His Majesty the King of the Hellenes to<br />
Monsieur JEAN DALYANNI, Commander of<br />
the Royal Order of the Saviour,<br />
Grand Commander and Commander<br />
of various other Orders, Member of<br />
the Chamber of Deputies, etc., etc.,<br />
His Minister for Foreign Affairs ;<br />
His Majesty the Emperor and King of Austria-<br />
Hungary to :<br />
Baron NICHOLAS DE POTTENBURG, Commander<br />
of the Imperial and Royal<br />
Order of the Iron Crown, Chevalier<br />
