EXTRADITION OF DESERTERS
FROM THE NAVY OR MERCAN-
TILE MARINE 2, SIGNED AT
ATHENS MARCH 16/28, 1874.
French official text forwarded by the Greek
Minister for Foreign Affairs. The registration
of this Convention took place on Novenber
25th, I92O.
WHEREAS His MAJESTIC THE KING OF THE
HELLENES AND His MAJESTY THE EMPEROR
OF AUSTRIA, KING OF BOHEMIA, etc., etc., AND
APOSTOLIC KING OF HUNGARY, are desirous of
regulating by a mutual agreement the reciprocal
extradition of deserters from their
Navies and from their Mercantile Marines, they
have delegated their full powers to the following:
His Majesty the King of the Hellenes to
Monsieur JEAN DALYANNI, Commander of
the Royal Order of the Saviour,
Grand Commander and Commander
of various other Orders, Member of
the Chamber of Deputies, etc., etc.,
His Minister for Foreign Affairs ;
His Majesty the Emperor and King of Austria-
Hungary to :
Baron NICHOLAS DE POTTENBURG, Commander
of the Imperial and Royal
Order of the Iron Crown, Chevalier
