PROTOCOLE<br />

En signant l'accord intervenu le Ier septembre<br />

192o entre l'Autriche et l'Allemagne pour<br />

r6gler certaines questions financires, les parties<br />

int~ress~es ont convenu de donner h la disposition<br />

du paragraphe IV le sens suivant :<br />

Sauf dans les cas oii des licences d'importation<br />

peuvent tre exig~es, les dispositions g6n6rales<br />

relatives aux operations de paiement<br />

avec l'6tranger restent en vigueur.<br />

This agreement comes into force on the date<br />

of the exchange of notes conveying the approval<br />

of the respective Governments. The exchange<br />

of notes is to take place in Vienna at the<br />

earliest possible date.<br />

PROTOCOL<br />

On signing the Convention concluded on<br />

September Ist, 1920, between Germany and<br />

Austria, for the purpose of settling certain<br />

financial questions, the two signatory parties<br />

agreed that the terms of Section IV were to be<br />

understood in the sense that, in cases where<br />

licenses to import are not required, the general<br />

regulations regarding cash transactions with<br />

foreign countries shall remain in force.<br />

Done in duplicate, at Munich, September ist,<br />
