Bu makale, İleri Teknoloji liderleri ile eğitim -öğrenim liderlerinin birlikte çalışarak
ileri teknolojilere karşı kullanıcı algısının nasıl olumlu yönde değitirilebileceği; her
iki grubun nasıl birlikte çalışabilecekleri ve ileri teknolojilrein sunduğu araçlardan
yararlanarak öğrenme işlevinin nasıl daha anlamlı ve kalıcı hale getirilebileceği
konusunda öneriler getirmektedir. Makale aynı zamanda, ileri teknolojilerin eğitimöğrenim
süreçlerinde kullanılması bakımından öğretmen algısının ne olduğu konusunda
da yapılan çalışmalardan bahsetmektedir. Makale, ileri teknolojilerin sunduğu
araçların eğitim-öğrenim sürecinde nasıl kullanılabileceği konusunda da bir kaç
senaryo sunmaktadır.

Abstract
This paper focuses on:
• How the users’ perception on the use of the instruments provided by advanced
technologies could be changed positively with the help of the cooperation
of both educationalists and advanced technology leaders,
• The writer’s suggestions on how “learning” could become more meaningful
and be stored into the long–term memory using the tools and instruments
that the advanced technologies provide,
• What some of the research studies conducted so far have shown on the
teachers’ perception on using the instruments provided by the advance technologies
is,
• The senarios, created by the writer, with which the tools and the instruments
presented by the advanced technologies could be used in the learning–
teaching process.
