In exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Village Authorities Laws, 1931 to (No. 2) 1935, His
Excellency the Governor has beeu pleased to authorize

Notification under the Tree Planting
Village Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936o
NATA (PAPHOS) FUND.
In exercise of the powers vested in me by the
Tree Planting Village Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936,
I hereby establish a fund for the village of
Nata, in the District of Paphos, (heremafter
called the '• Fund "), jnto which sh?i^l be paid all
fines recovered under the said La^vs jfor oflfences
committed within the free Plantuig Area of the
village Qf Ijl.atg,, as described iji the
Order pf the Grovernor made the IOth Febmary,
1936, and pubUshed in the Gazette of the 14th
February, 1936.
The Fund shall be under the management and
control of the Commissioner of Paphos for the
time being.
The money in the Fund shall be utilized for
works of public utility in the village of
Nata.

Village Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936.
KILANI (LIMASSOL) FUND.
In exercise of the powers vested in me by the
Tree Planting Village Areas Laws, 1930 to
1936, I hereby estabUsh a fund for the viUage of
lOani, in the District of Limassol, (hereinaftCT
caUed the " Fund "), into which shaU be paid all
fines recovered under the said Laws for oflfences
committed within the Tree Planting Area of
the village of Kilani, as described in the Order
of the Govemor made the 19th February, 193/6,
and pubUshed in the Gazette of the 21st February,
1936.
The Fund shall be under the management and
control of the Commissioner of Limassol for the
time being.
The money in the Fund shall be utilized for
works of pubUc utiUty in the village of Kilani.

Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of
section 2 of the Foresc Law, 1889, the plantation
and trees stated to belong to Ayios Panteleimon
Monastery and situated within the boundaries of
Myrtou, Dhiorios and Karpashia villages, in the
District of Kyrenia in the Localities Pedelia, Makhania
and Paleomylos have been placed under the protection,
control and management of the Government for a
period of oue year, as from the 7th March, 1936.

Gazetfe of the 17th January, 1936, whereby it was
