And whereas at the said meeting the boundaries
of the said area have been fixed and described :
And whereas the Mukhtar of the viUage of
KaUepia has forwarded to the Commissioner of the
District of Paphos a report, signed and sealed
by him, containing a description with boundaries
of the said area and stating that the said area
fulfils the conditions in section 10 (4) of the Tree
Planting ViUage Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936,
prescribed :
And whereas the said Commissioner has transmitted
the said report, together with his recommendations,
to the Colonial Secretary for the
consideration of the Governor :
And whereas the Governor considers it expedient,
having regard to aU the circumstances, that the
area in the said report described should be reserved
as the Tree Planting Area ofthe viUage of Kallepia :
Now, therefore. His Excellency the Governor,
in exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Tree Planting ViUage Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936,
is pleased to order and it is hereby ordered as
follows :—
The area described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby declared to be and shaU be reserved as
the Tree Planting Area of the village of Kallepia
in the District of Paphos.

The boundary begins at the bridge at the most
western point of plot No. 231, plan No. XLV/30,
over the stream " Argaki-tis-Yeramis," on the
road from the village of Kallepia to the vUlage
of Letymbou, and also on the boundary of this
vUlage and goes south-eastwards along this
viUage boundary to the north-western corner
of plot No. 400, plan No. XLV/38, locality
" Arnaouti " ; thence south-westwards passing
along the boundaries of, and including in the
reserved area, plots Nos. 401, 403 and 392 of
the same plan to the most southern point of
plot No. 392 on the left bank of the stream
" Argaki-tou-Asprovounarou " ; thence westwards
and northwards up this stream to the
north-eastern corner of plot No. 391 of the
same plan at which point this stream is joined
by the stream " Argaki-tou-Kipiou " ; thence
up the latter stream to the most northern point
of plot No. 410 of the same plan ; thence southwestwards
along the southern boundaries of
plots Nos. 426, 413, 414 of the same plan to a
track on the western side of plot No. 414 ;
thence south-eastwards along this track to the
most eastern point of plot No. 373 of the same
plan, locality " Kyparissia" ; thence southwestwards,
south-eastwards and north-westwards
passing along the boundaries of, and including
in the reserved area, plots Nos. 373, 374, 342,
