REGITLATIONS.
His ExceUency the Govemor has been plea.sed
to approve of the following Regulations made by
the Board of Management of the KjTcnia Hospital.

REGULATIONS MADE BY THE BOARD OF MANAGE­
MENT OF THE KYRENIA HOSPITAL.
The Board of Management of the Kyrenia
Hospital hereby make the foUowing Regulations :—
1. These Regulations may be cited as tbe
K\Tenia Hospital (Amendment) Regulations, 1936,
and shaU be read as one with the Rules and
Regulations for the Kyrenia Hospital pubUshed
(a) under Notification No. 281 in the Cyprus
Gazette of the 7th March, 1930, (b) under Notification
No. 723 in the Cyprus Gazette of the 2nd
September. 1932, (c) under Notification No. 441
in the Cyprus Gazette of the 20th April, 1934,
(d) under Notification No. 670 in the Cyprus
Gazette of the 22nd June, 1934, and (e) imder
Notification No. 1276 in the Cyprus Oazette of
the 7th December, 1934, (hereinafter together
caUed • the Principal Regulations"), and the
Principal Regulations and these Regulations may
together be cited as the Kjo-enia Hospital Regulations,
1930 to 1936.
2. The foUowing Regulation shall be substituted
for Regulation 13 of the Principal Regulations:—
" 13.—(1) Persons who reside in the District
of Kyrenia and are in possession of white
certificates shaU be admitted to the Hospital
and treated free of charge.
(2) Persons who reside in the District of
Kyrenia and are in possession of—
(a) blue certificates, shaU be admitted to the
Hospital and treated on payment of one
piastre per diem ;
(b) buff certificates, shaU be admitted to the
Hospital and treated on payment of three
to six piastres per diem as the Medical
Officer in charge of the Hospital may in
each case determine.
(3) The white, blue and buff certificates in
this Regulation mentioned shall be issued and
signed by the Mukhtar and Azas of the town,
village or quarter in which the persons appl5dng
for them reside."
3. Regulation 15 of the Principal Regulations
is hereby amended by the deletion of the words
" Patients in a position to pay " and by the
substitution therefor of the words ' Persons not
in possession of white, blue or buff certificates ".
