(/) the fee-^ to be paid by pupils and the
manner and time of paying them ;
(g) the duties and powers of the Headmaster
and of other teachers;
(h) the holidays and vacations to be kept by
papils and teachers:
(t) the intemal organizaticHi and management
of the school.
(2) A copy of every such r^olaticm and of
any amendment or revocation thereof shall within
seven days of the making thereof be forwarded to
the Directed and a copy shall be exhibited in a
conspicuous jdace on the school jffenuses for the
infc»ination of all teachers and pupils at the school.
12. The gov^ning body of every secondary
school to which section 23 of the Law applies
shall keep all accoonts. rec(»xis and documents
relating to that school distinct and separate
firom accounts, records and docoments relating
to any elementary school for the supervision and
maintenance of which the goveming body is
responsible.
13. The acconnts of every secondary school
shall be kept distinct and separate.
14. From and after the end of the school year
1935-1936 no grant-in-aid shall, save as hereinafter
provided, be made in respect of any secondary
school uidess the goveming body thereof satisfies
the Director as to the fulfilment in respect of the
school of all the following conditions, that is
to say :—
(1) The curriculum, the number of hours
allotted therein to each subject and the books
used shall be apjnroved by the Director :
Provided that where a grant-in-aid is made
ordy in respect of the teaching of English, the
inclusion in the curriculum of satisfactory
provision for the teaching thereof in each class
shall be a sufficient compliance with the
requirements of this paragraph.
(2) The number of pupils taught together
«t one time shaU not exceed fifty.
(3) No teacher shall be appointed on
probation for a period or periods exeeeding
four years in the aggregate.
