(/) the fee-^ to be paid by pupils and the<br />

manner and time of paying them ;<br />

(g) the duties and powers of the Headmaster<br />

and of other teachers;<br />

(h) the holidays and vacations to be kept by<br />

papils and teachers:<br />

(t) the intemal organizaticHi and management<br />

of the school.<br />

(2) A copy of every such r^olaticm and of<br />

any amendment or revocation thereof shall within<br />

seven days of the making thereof be forwarded to<br />

the Directed and a copy shall be exhibited in a<br />

conspicuous jdace on the school jffenuses for the<br />

infc»ination of all teachers and pupils at the school.<br />

12. <strong>The</strong> gov^ning body of every secondary<br />

school to which section 23 of the Law applies<br />

shall keep all accoonts. rec(»xis and documents<br />

relating to that school distinct and separate<br />

firom accounts, records and docoments relating<br />

to any elementary school for the supervision and<br />

maintenance of which the goveming body is<br />

responsible.<br />

13. <strong>The</strong> acconnts of every secondary school<br />

shall be kept distinct and separate.<br />

14. From and after the end of the school year<br />

1935-1936 no grant-in-aid shall, save as hereinafter<br />

provided, be made in respect of any secondary<br />

school uidess the goveming body thereof satisfies<br />

the Director as to the fulfilment in respect of the<br />

school of all the following conditions, that is<br />

to say :—<br />

(1) <strong>The</strong> curriculum, the number of hours<br />

allotted therein to each subject and the books<br />

used shall be apjnroved by the Director :<br />

Provided that where a grant-in-aid is made<br />

ordy in respect of the teaching of English, the<br />

inclusion in the curriculum of satisfactory<br />

provision for the teaching thereof in each class<br />

shall be a sufficient compliance with the<br />

requirements of this paragraph.<br />

(2) <strong>The</strong> number of pupils taught together<br />

«t one time shaU not exceed fifty.<br />

(3) No teacher shall be appointed on<br />

probation for a period or periods exeeeding<br />

four years in the aggregate.<br />

(4) Every teacher who on the thirty-first<br />
