in reasonable quantities; goods for other places ; specie; small packages, not<br />

exceeding 5s. in value, accompanying a passenger when embarking; and shingle<br />

and sand.<br />

2. Stores and equipment for vessels of war and for yachts used solely for the<br />

purpose of pleasure.<br />
