salt; straw ; mats for dunnage ; bona fide stores and provisions for ships in ports,
in reasonable quantities; goods for other places ; specie; small packages, not
exceeding 5s. in value, accompanying a passenger when embarking; and shingle
and sand.
2. Stores and equipment for vessels of war and for yachts used solely for the
purpose of pleasure.
