LAWS, 1928 AND 1934.

In exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Public Health (Summer Resorts) Laws, 1928 and
1934, His Excellency the Governor, with the
«dvice of the Executive Council, has been pleased
to order that—
(a) the area of the village of Boghaz in the
District of Famagusta as described in the
Schedule hereto be and is hereby declared
to be a Summer Resort for the purposes
of the said Laws :
(b) a Pubhc Health Board to be designated
the Pubhc Health Board of Boghaz be
and is hereby estabhshed in the said
Summer Resort.
SCHEDULE.
plot Xo. 307 of the same plan ; thence northwards
and eastwards along the eastern boundary of
plot No. ,307, the southem boundary of plot
No. 306 of the same plan to the road leading from
Boghaz village to the village of Ayios Ehas ;
thence southwards along this road to its junction
with the road leading from the village of Boghaz
to the village of Avgolidha ; thence north-eastwards
along this road to the most northern point of
plot No. 9, plan Xo. XV/29,locality " Doxamenes ";
thence southwards passing along the eastern
boimdaries of plots Nos. 9, 10, 25 and 23 of the
same plan to the main road Fama^sta-Karpas ;
thence eastwards along the main road for about
50 feet to the most northem point of plot No. 22
of the same plan ; thence south-eastwards along
the eastem boundary of this plot to the Forest
Delimitation Boundary of Trakhoni Forest; thence
north-eastwards along this Forest Delimitation
Boundary to the seashore ; thence south-westwards
along the seashore to the starting point, as shewn
bordered red on plan filed m D.L.R.S. M.P. 298/36.
