3. The Third Schedule to the Principal Regulations is hereby amended as foUows :—
(a) Bythe deletion ofthe figure " IOs." wherever it occurs in the Form of permit to pubUsh
a newspaper and by the substitution therefor ofthe figure "£5".
(b) By the deletion of the Form of permit to keep or possess a printing press and by the
substitution therefor of the foUowing Form:—
