MADE UNDER
THE TREE PLANTING VILLAGE AREAS
LAWS. 1930 TO 1936.

Whereas at a meeting duly convened and held
at the \"illage of Kambi Pharmakas, in the District
ot Nicosia, on the 1st day of April, 1936, it was
determined by the voters present thereat that a
certain area should be reserved as the Tree Planting
Area of the village of Kambi Pharmakas :
And whereas at the said meeting the boundaries
of the said area have been fixed and described:
And whereas the Mukhtar ofthe viUage of Kambi
Pharmakas has fomarded to the Commissioner of
the District of Nicosia a report, signed and sealed
by him. containing a description with boundaries
of the said area and stating that the said area
fulfils the conditions in section 10 (4) of the Tree
Planting Village Areas Laws 1930 to 1936,
presc ribed :
And whereas the said Commissioner has transmitted
the said report, together with his recommendations,
to the Colonial Secretary for the
consideration of the Govemor :
And whereas the (Governor considers it expedient,
havino regard to all the circumstances, that the
area in the >ctid report described should be reserved
as the Tree Planting Area of the village of
Kambi Pharmakas.
Xow, therefore. His Excellency the Govemor,
in exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Tree Planting Vilhijie Areas Laws. 1930 to 1936,
is pleased to order and it is hereby ordeited as
folloMs :—
The area described in the Schedule hereto is
liereby declared to be and shall be reserved an
the Tree Planting Area of the village of Kambi
Pharniaka> in the District of Xicosia.

lhe area Ijing within the foUowing boundaries,
that i- to say :—
The boundars^ begins at the most eastem
ix)int of plot Xo. 1110, plan Xo. XXXVIII/53,
locality " Archangelos." on the boundary of
the village of Kambi and on the left bank of the
river " Kambiou Potaidos," and goes southwestwards
along this bank of this river to the
south-eastern eomer of plot Xo. 993, plan
Xo. XXXVIIl^Cl, locaUty "Kato AmbeUa";
thence westward^ passing along the boundaries
of. and including in the reserved area, plots
