Vo. 163. Notification under the Tree Planting
Village Areas Laws, 1930 and 1935.
YERASA (LIMASSOL) FUND.
In exercise of the powers vested in me by the
Tree Planting Village Areas Laws, 1930 and 1935,
I hereby establish a fund for the village of
Yerasa, in the District of Limassol, (hereinafter
called the " Fund ") into which shall be paid all
fines recovered under the said Laws for oflFences
committed within the Tree Planting Area of the
village of Yerasa, as described in the Order of
the Govemor made the Ilth January, 1936,
and pubUshed in the Gazette of the 17th January,
1936.
The Fund shall be under the management and
control of the Commissioner of Limassol for the
time being.
The money in the Fund shall be utilized for
works of pubhc utihty in the village of Yerasa.

Xotification made on the 17th January, 1936, by
His E.vcellency the Governor pursuant to the
Quarantine Law, 1932, and publis^hed in the Cyprus
Gazetfe of the 17th January, 1936, whereby it was

would be subject to the measures prescribed by the
Qnarantine Regulations, 1982, with respect to the
