1931 to (No. 2) 1935, do hereby proclaim and
•order as follows :—
That the plots of land whose boundary is
described in the Schedule hereto, heretofore
reckoned within the boundaries of Yaha, shall
from and after the 1st of June, 1936, form part
of the lands of the village of Ayia Marina and
that the boundary between the said villages of
Yialia and Ayia Marina be altered accordmgly.
SCHEDULE.
The boundary of the area transferred begins on
the seashore at the most northem point of
plot No. 239, plan No. XXVI/14, locaUty " Skales
Koutsoulias," and goes south-eastwards for a
distance of 360 yards approximately along the
north-eastern boundaries of plots Nos. 239, 306,
194 and 196 of the same plan to the north-eastern
comer of plot No. 196 on a track ; thence southeastwards
and south-westwards along this track
leading to the village of Yialia for a distance of
480 yards approximately to the south-eastern
comer of plot No. 225 of the same plan, locality
•' Kokkino Kambos," on a stream ; thence southeastwards
and southwards up this stream to the
south-eastern comer of plot No. 247 of the same
I^an, locaUty " Loures ' ; thence north-westwards,
south-westwards and north-westwards passing
along the boundaries of, and including in the area
plots Nos. 247, 246, 245, 244, 243, 264, 265,
274, 277, 281, 291, 28S, 282, 284, 286 of the
same plan, locaUty " Khantikies Livadhia,"
to the most westem point of plot No. 286 on the
main road from Nicosia to PoUs ; thence due northwestwards
to the seashore ; thence north-eastwards
along the seashore to the starting point.
The area, 389 donums approximately in extent,
comprises the following plots falUng on plan
No. XXVI/14 :—

202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210,
211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 216, 217, 218, 219,

MADE UNDER
THE TREE PLANTING VILLAGE AREAS
LAWS, 1930 TO 1936.

Governor.
Whereas at a meeting duly convened and held
at the village of .Aradhippou, in the District of
Lamaca. on the 12th day of January, 1936, it was
determined by the voters present thereat that
three areas should be reserved as the Tree Planting
Area of the village of Aradhippou :
And whereas at the said meeting the boundaries
of the said areas have been fixed and described :
And whereas the Mukhtar of the village of
Aradhippou has forw arded to the Commissioner of
the District of Larnaca a report, sigiied and
sealed by him, containing a description with
boundaries of the said areas and stating that the
said areas fulfil the conditions in section 10(4)
of the Tree Planting A^illage Areas Laws, 1930
to 1936, prescribed :
And whereas the said Commissioner has transmitted
the said report, together with his recommendations,
to the Colonial Secretary for the
consideration of the Governor :
And whereas the Governor considers it expedient,
having regard to all the circumstances, that the
areas in the said report described should be reserved
as the Tree Planting Area of the village of
Aradhippou.
Now, thwefore, His ExceUency the Govemor,
in exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Tree Planting ViUage Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936,
is pleased to order and it is hereby ordered as
foUows :—
The areas described in the Schedule hereto
are hereby declared to be and shall be reserved
as the Tree Planting Area of the village of
Aradhippou in the District of Larnaca.
SCHEDULE.
The areas Ij^ng within the following boundaries,
that is to say:—
AREA 1 :
The boundary begins near mUe post No. 21,
on the main road from Nicosia to Larnaca, at
the point at which the road to the village of
Aradhippou leaves the main road, and goes along
the southern side of this road to the most
northem point of plot No. 824, plan No. XL/39,
locaUty " Vyzakia " ; thence south-eastwards
along a track to the most eastern point of plot
No. 196, plan No. XL/47, locaUty " Lakkoudhia,"
where it is crossed by another track;
thence southwards along the latter track to the
most southern point of plot No. 864, of the same
plan, locaUty " Kokkines," on the main road
from Lamaca to Nicosia ; thence north-westwards
along the eastern side of this road to the starting
point.
AREA 2 :
The boundary begins at the most westenj
point of plot No. 632, plan No. XL/39, on the
track leading from the viUage of Aradhippou
to the vUlage of Kellia, and goes north-eastwards
along this track to the most northem point of
plot No. 147 of the same plan, locaUty
" Kaloyeros " ; thence south-eastwards passing
along the boundaries of, and including in the
reserved area, plots Nos. 147, 146, 146 of the
same plan, plots Nos. 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, 28, 33
and 32, plan No. XL/40, to the most eastem
point of plot No. 32 of the same plan, on the
boundary of the village of Aradhippou ; thence
eastwards along this village boimdary to the
south-eastern corner of plot No. 196 of the
same plan, locaUty " Kokkotes," on a track;
thence north-westwards along this track passing
along the boundaries of, and including in the
reserved area, plots Nos. 196, 194, 192, 193,
188, 187, 186, 185, 168, 123, 122, 121, 106,
106, 108, 117, part of plot No. 116 of the same
plan, plots Nos. 882, 879, 878, 875, 874, 869,
868, 867, 862, 860, 859 (part of), 857, 866,
