(Villages) Law, 1892.
It is hereby notified that in exercise of the powers
delegated to him by His Excellency the Acting
Governor under Notification No. 693, in the Cyprus
Gazette No. 2450 of the 21st June, 1935, the
Commissioner of Limassol has received a petition, dated
the 1st January, 1936, signed by two-thirds of the
tax-payers of the village of Ayios Athanasios, in the
District of Limassol, asking for the application of the
Public Health (Villages) Law, 1892, to that village.
In accordance with its provisions, the said Law will
be in full force and effect in respect of the said village
of Ayios Athanasios as from this day.
