(Villages) Law, 1892.<br />

It is hereby notified that in exercise of the powers<br />

delegated to him by His Excellency the Acting<br />

Governor under Notification No. 693, in the <strong>Cyprus</strong><br />

<strong>Gazette</strong> No. 2450 of the 21st June, 1935, the<br />

Commissioner of Limassol has received a petition, dated<br />

the 1st January, 1936, signed by two-thirds of the<br />

tax-payers of the village of Ayios Athanasios, in the<br />

District of Limassol, asking for the application of the<br />

Public Health (Villages) Law, 1892, to that village.<br />

In accordance with its provisions, the said Law will<br />

be in full force and effect in respect of the said village<br />

of Ayios Athanasios as from this day.<br />
