The following Law, enacted by His Excellency the
Officer Administering the Govemment and Commanderin-Chief
of the Colony of Cyprus, is pablished for
general information in a supplement to this gazett-e :—
No. 30 of 1936.—A Law to amend the Cyprus Public

No. 872. Cypras Government Railway Law, 1906.
APPOINTMENT.
In exercise of the powers vested in the Govemor by
section 4 of the Cyprus Government Railway liaw,
1906, His Excellency the Acting Governor has been
pleased to appoint the following person now employed
in the service of the Cyprus Goverament Railway, to
hare and to exercise while actually performing the
duties of and incident to such employment, all such
powers, authorities, protections and privileges as belong
to a constable as defined by Clause 2 of the Cyprus
Courts of Justice Order, 1927.
Evelthon Constantinides, Inspector of Way and
Works, vice M. Yannakis, gazetted 15th January,
1932, since retired.
