Village Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936.
AKADHIPPOL (LARNACA) FUND.
In exercise of the powers vested in me by the
Tree Planting VUlage Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936,
I hereby establish a fund for the village of
Aradhipj>«>u, in the District of Larnaca (hereinafter
called the " Fund "), into which shall be paid aU
fines recovered under the said Laws for offenoer
committed within the Tree Plantirig Area of
the village of Aradhippou, as described m the
Order of the Govemor made the 12th day of May,
1936. and pubUshed in the Cyprus GazeUe No.»2514
of the 15th May, 1936.
The Fund shaU be under the management and
control of the Commissioner of Lamaca for the
time being.
The nioney in the Fund shaU be utilized for
works of pubUc utiUty in the viUage of Aradhippou.

No. 571. The Irrigation Laws, 1931 and 1934.
In pursuance of the provisions of section 18 of
the Irrigation Laws, 1931 and 1934, the foUowing
Rules made by the Committee of the Irrigation
Division of Yermasoyia, in the District of Limassol,
are pubUshed in the Cyprus Gazette.

IRRIGATION DIVISION OF YERMASOYIA.
Rules.
1. These rules may be cited as the Irrigation
Division of Yermasoyia (Amendment) Rules,
1936, and shaU be read as one with the Irrigation
Division of Yermasoyia Rules, 1932, (hereinafter
called the " Principal Rules "), and the Principal
Rules and these Rules may together be cited as
the Irrigation Division of Yermasoyia Rules,
1932 and 1936.
2. Rule 5 of the Principal Rules is hereby
amended by the addition of the following provisoat
the end thereof :—
" Provided that when the benefit which is
derived from the Irrigation Division is not for
irrigation purposes but for power, the users
of such power whether for miUs or other purposes
shaU each pay a fixed sum not exceediwr:
30s. per annum, suoh sum to be assessedt
in proportion to* the profit derived from the use
of the water."
3. Rule 7 of the Principal Rules is hereby
amended by the insertion immediately after
paragraph (d) of the following paragraphs :—
" (e) for any audit fees ; and
(/) for any costs or expenses incurred in
connection with works or proceedingw which in
the opinion of the Committee are beneficial
to the Irrigation Division notwithstanding
that the same may have been incurred before
the formation of the Irrigation Division."
