Village Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936.<br />

AKADHIPPOL (LARNACA) FUND.<br />

In exercise of the powers vested in me by the<br />

Tree Planting VUlage Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936,<br />

I hereby establish a fund for the village of<br />

Aradhipj>«>u, in the District of Larnaca (hereinafter<br />

called the " Fund "), into which shall be paid aU<br />

fines recovered under the said Laws for offenoer<br />

committed within the Tree Plantirig Area of<br />

the village of Aradhippou, as described m the<br />

Order of the Govemor made the 12th day of May,<br />

1936. and pubUshed in the <strong>Cyprus</strong> GazeUe No.»2514<br />

of the 15th May, 1936.<br />

<strong>The</strong> Fund shaU be under the management and<br />

control of the Commissioner of Lamaca for the<br />

time being.<br />

<strong>The</strong> nioney in the Fund shaU be utilized for<br />

works of pubUc utiUty in the viUage of Aradhippou.<br />

No. 571. <strong>The</strong> Irrigation Laws, 1931 and 1934.<br />

In pursuance of the provisions of section 18 of<br />

the Irrigation Laws, 1931 and 1934, the foUowing<br />

Rules made by the Committee of the Irrigation<br />

Division of Yermasoyia, in the District of Limassol,<br />

are pubUshed in the <strong>Cyprus</strong> <strong>Gazette</strong>.<br />

IRRIGATION DIVISION OF YERMASOYIA.<br />

Rules.<br />

1. <strong>The</strong>se rules may be cited as the Irrigation<br />

Division of Yermasoyia (Amendment) Rules,<br />

1936, and shaU be read as one with the Irrigation<br />

Division of Yermasoyia Rules, 1932, (hereinafter<br />

called the " Principal Rules "), and the Principal<br />

Rules and these Rules may together be cited as<br />

the Irrigation Division of Yermasoyia Rules,<br />

1932 and 1936.<br />

2. Rule 5 of the Principal Rules is hereby<br />

amended by the addition of the following provisoat<br />

the end thereof :—<br />

" Provided that when the benefit which is<br />

derived from the Irrigation Division is not for<br />

irrigation purposes but for power, the users<br />

of such power whether for miUs or other purposes<br />

shaU each pay a fixed sum not exceediwr:<br />

30s. per annum, suoh sum to be assessedt<br />

in proportion to* the profit derived from the use<br />

of the water."<br />

3. Rule 7 of the Principal Rules is hereby<br />

amended by the insertion immediately after<br />

paragraph (d) of the following paragraphs :—<br />

" (e) for any audit fees ; and<br />

(/) for any costs or expenses incurred in<br />

connection with works or proceedingw which in<br />

the opinion of the Committee are beneficial<br />

to the Irrigation Division notwithstanding<br />

that the same may have been incurred before<br />

the formation of the Irrigation Division."<br />

the death of the following :—<br />
