THE TREE PLAXTIXG VILLAGE AREAS
LAWS, 1930 TO 1936.

Whereas at a meeting duly convened and held
at the N-illage of Timi, in the District of Paphos,
on the 3rd day of March, 1935, it was determined
by the voters present thereat that a certain area
should be reserved as the Tree Planting Area of the
village of Timi :
And whereas at the said meeting the boundaries
of the said area have been fixed and described :
And whereas the Mukhtar of the village of
Timi has forwarded to the Commissioner of the
District of Paphos a report, signed and sealed
by him, containing a description with boundaries
of the said area and stating that the said area
fulfils the conditions in section 10 (4) of the Tree
Planting Village Areas Law, 1930, prescribed :
And whereas the said Commissioner has transmitted
the said report, together with his recommendations,
to the Colonial Secretary for the
consideration of the Governor :
And whereas the Governor considers it expedient,
having regard to all the circumstances, that the
area in the said report described should be reserved
as the Tree Planting Area of the village of Timi.
Now, therefore. His Excellency the Govemor,
in exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Tree Planting Village Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936,
is pleased to order and it is hereby ordered as
follows :—
The area described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby declared to be and shall be reserved as
the Tree Planting Area of the village of Timi
in the District of Paphos.
SCHEDULE.
The area lying within the following boundaries,
that is to say :—
The boundary begins at the most northern
point of plot No. 288, plan No. LI/22, locaUty
" Sendoutjia-tou-Rafti," on a stream known
as " Argakin-tou-Mosphilarkou " and on the
boundary of the village of Timi, and goes
north-eastwards along this village boundary
to the most eastem point of plot No. 248, plan
No. LI/30, locality " Kaphkalles," on the right
bank of the stream known as " Argakin-tou-
Rejebi": thence south-westwards along the
right bank of this stream to the bridge on the
road from the village of Timi to the village of
Anarita ; thence south-westwards passing along
the boundaries (»f, and including in the reserved
area, plots Nos. 220, 219, 63, &2, 46, of the
.same plan to the south-eastern comer of plot
No. 47 on a road, locaUty ".Vrysi," at which
point a stream begins: thence south-westwards
along this stream to the road forming the south
boundary- of plot No. 114 : thence westwards
along this road to the south-westem comer of
plot No. 114 of the same plan ; thence northwestwards
pa>r>iti^' alon^ the boundaries of,
and incloiding in the reserved erea, plots
Noa. 114. 98, 96 and 31. of the same plan, to
the stream crossing the northem boundary of
plot No. 31, locality " Sentoidtin-tou-Rafti";
thence north-westwards aloriL' this stream to
the startii^ point.

approximAtely, as shown edged in red on the plan
filed in D.L.R.S. MP. 231/35.

Lamaca, on the 8th day of March, 1936, it was
determined by the requisite majority of the
voters present thereat that a certain area should
be reserved as the Tree Planting Area of the
village of Kato Lefkara :
And whereas at the said meeting the boundaries
of the said area have been fixed and described :
And whereas the Mukhtar of the village of
Kato Lefkara has forwarded to the Commissioner of
the District of Larnaca a report, signed and sealed
by him, containing a description with boundaries
of the said area and stating that the said area
fulfils the conditions in section 10 (4) of.the Tree

of Kato Lefkara, and goes north-eastwards
along this viUage boundary through the localities
" Mnimeni " and " Vounarka " to the most
eastem point of plot No. 586, plan No. XLIX/21;
thence south-westwards and south-eastwards
passing along the boundaries of, and including
in the reserved area, plots Nos. 586, 584, 585,
570, .->71. .572, 573, 568, 567, 565, 502, 503, 504
(part), 505, 491, 487 of the same plan, locality
"Papoutsi," plots Nos. 360, 380/1, 375, 374,
363, 373, 372, 368, plan No. XLIX/29, to the
south-eastern comer of plot No. 368, on the
boundary of the village of Kato Lefkara ; thence
south-westwarda, north-westwards and eastwardn
along this village boundary through the localities
" Gouppi," " Kambos," ' Ayios Yeorghiofl
