1935, a fit and proper site has been registered in the
books of the Land Registry Office as a burial-ground
for the burial of the dead by the Orthodox-Christian
Community of the town of Nicosia, in the District of
Nicosia :

ACTING APPOINTMENTS.
Xow, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in
the Governor by section 14 of the Burials Law, 1896,
His Excellency the Acting Governor has been pleased
to order and hereby orders that, from and after the 1st
day of January, 1937, no burial shall take place in the
burial-ground in lieu whereof the new burial-ground
above referred to has been provided.
Dr. G. M. Gibbon, Distriot Medical Officer, to act as
Specialist (Surgeon), in addition to his own duties,
during the absence of Dr. C. C. H. Cuff from 20tli

Mr. Charles Watkins, Divisional Engineer, acted as
Divisional Engineer, Limassol, in addition to his
own duties as Divisional Engineer, Xicosia Division,
