No. 86. Notification under the Tree Planting
Village Areas Laws, 1930 and 1935.
LIMNATIS (LIMASSOL) FUND.
In exercise of the powers vested in nie by the
Tree Planting Village Areas Laws, 1930 and
1935, I hereby establish a fund for the village of
Limnatis, in the District of Limassol, (hereinafter
called the " Fund ") into which shall be paid all
fines recovered under the said Laws for offences
committed within the Tree Planting Area of
the village of Limnatis, as described in the Order
of the Governor made the 19th December, 1935,
and published in the Gazette of the 20th December,
1935.
The Fund shall be under the management and
control of the Commissioner of Limassol for the
time being.
The money in the Fund shall be utilized for
works of pubhc utility in the village of Limnatis.

No. 87. Notification under the Tree Planting

MONAGRI (LIMASSOL) FUND.
In exercise of the powers vested in me by the
Tree Planting Village Areas Laws, 1930 and 1935,
I hereby estabUsh a fund for the village of
Monagri, in the District of Limassol, (hereinafter
called the " Fund ") into which shall be paid all
fines recovered-under the said Laws for offences
committed within the Tree Planting Area of the
village of Monagri, as described in the Order of
the Governor made the 23rd December, 1935,
and published in the Gazette of the 27th December,
1935.
The Fund shall be under the management and
control of the Commissioner of Limassol for the
time being.
The money in the Fund shall be utilized for
works of public utility in the village of Monagri.

AYIOS AMVROSIOS (LIMASSOL) FUND.
In exercise of the powers vested in me by the
Tree Plantmg Village Areas Laws, 1930 and 1935,
I hereby establish a fund for the village of Ayios
Amvrosios, in the District of Limassol, (hereinafter
called the " Fund") into which shall be paid all
fines recovered under the said Laws for offences
committed within the Tree Planting Area of the
village of Ayios Amvrosios, as described in the
Order of the Governor made the 14th December,
1935, and published in the Gazette of the 20th
December, 1935.
The Fund shall be under the management and
control of the Commissioner of Limassol for the
time being.
The money in the Fund shall be utihzed for
works of pubhc utihty in the village of Ajdos
Amvrosios.
