Whereas by certain Letters Patent bearing
date at Westminster the 10th day of March, 1925,
provision was made for the Govemment of the
Colony of Cyprus :
And whereas by the said Letters Patent full
power was reserved to His late Majesty King
George the Fifth, His Heirs and Successors, with
the advice of His or Their Privy Council, from
time to time to make all such laws as might
appear to Him or Them necessary for the peace,
order and good govenmient of the Colony :

And whereas it is expedient to repeal the Orders
Council hereinafter mentioned :
Now, therefore. His Majesty, by virtue and
in exercise of the powers in this behalf in Him
vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of
His Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered
as follows :—
1. This Order may be cited as The Cyprus
Extradition (Repeal) Order in Council, 1936.
2. The Cyprus Extradition Order in Council,
1881, the Cypma Extradition Order in Council,
1895, and the Cyprus Extradition Order in Council,
1895, No. 2, are hereby repealed.

Public Health (Villages) Law, 1892, and otherwise.
His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of
the Executive Council, has been pleased to order and
it is hereby ordered that the said Law shall be appUed
as from the date hereof to the following village,
namely :—
The village of Galini in the District of Nicosia.

LAW, 1899.

In exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Customs, E.xcise and Revenue Law, 1899, and
otherwise. His Excellency the Governor, with the
advice of the Executive Council, has been pleased to
order and it is hereby ordered as follows :—
From and after the date hereof appliances and
equipment certified by the Chief Veterinary Officer
as being imported for the humane slaughtering of
animals shall be admitted into the Colony free from
all dnties of Customs whatsoever.
Ordered in Conncil, this 3rd day of March,
1986.
