7. Upon effecting a registration under Heads 1 to 5 a charge of Qcp. is levied as registration.
fee but, in case of registration of original title under Head 1, if the property is of a value
less than lOOcp. this charge is not taken. The like charge of Qcp. is levied upon issuing
a copy of a registration of title or mortgage.
Registration of Leases.
8. Upon registering a lease of land under the Public Lands (Leases) Law, 1882 :—
On registration of lease .. IOs. for every acre or part of an acre leased.
For a copy of a lease .. 5s. for the first 200 words and Is. for every subsequent
100 words of such copy.
